The purpose of this site is to provide information and reference points to allow the buyer to carry out or understand the process of property buyer’s research. It is not an advisory site.

No warranty is expressed or implied by Finance & Property Research Pty. Ltd., as to the accuracy of the information contained on this site, some of which has been supplied by others.

Visitors to this site should recognise that whilst all due care has been taken in assembling the information, business and property investment conditions, together with legislation, can change significantly.

Accordingly forecasted investment results will almost always differ from the actual results obtained and the differences may be material.

Because of the normal risks associated with investment, we cannot warrant in any way whatsoever against possible losses that can occur as a result of any such investment. Hence these legal disclaimers.

None of the personnel of Finance & Property Research Pty Ltd have any financial interest in the outcome of our research except that Finance & Property Research Pty Ltd is entitled to receive a fee for the preparation of information at the normal professional rates and costs advised prior to engagement.

Any buyers rebates obtained (if available) will be fully disclosed and either passed on to the client or deducted from our fee charged. We do not seek any financial incentives from Vendors or their Agents.

Affiliates:
Any network members such as Valuers etc, who may be ultimately engaged by the buyer, will act on their own account with their own terms & conditions. We do not take responsibility for their actions or opinions.
